1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition that you received it.
Be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, customized bins, and items marked as "Final Sale."
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@targetshop1.com if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item.
Action: We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Requirement: Please attach clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item in your initial email.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For Defective/Damaged Items: Targetshop1 covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
For Customer Remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size, color preference): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@targetshop1.com with your order number.
If accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) Please send your return to: 3467 S Ammons St Apt 9-5, Lakewood, CO 80227.
Note: Items sent back without an RA will not be accepted.
6. Refund Process and Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
