Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship all our organizing bins exclusively to addresses within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
- FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders over $80.00 USD.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $9.00 USD applies to all orders under $80.00 USD.
How long will it take to get my order?
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay) . All transactions are processed in USD.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to ship orders as fast as possible, you can only change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@targetshop1.com with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your organized space! If you aren't satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Please email support@targetshop1.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Are there return shipping fees?
Defective/Damaged Items: If your bin arrives cracked or broken, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Product Information
What are the bins made of?
Our signature organizing bins are made from high-quality, BPA-free acrylic and durable plastics. They are designed to be shatter-resistant and crystal clear for easy viewing.
How do I clean my TARGETSHOP1 bins?
To keep your acrylic bins looking brand new, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and warm water. Do not put them in the dishwasher, as high heat can warp or dull the material.
