Visual Representation: We strive for the highest accuracy in displaying our organizing bins. However, due to variations in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate.
Errors and Omissions: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Sales Tax: We collect sales tax where legally required. The final tax amount for your order is calculated based on the shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery (USA Only)
Destination: We ship exclusively to the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
Timelines: Orders typically have a 1-2 business day handling time. Estimated transit time is 3-7 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Rates: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $80.00 USD. A flat rate of $9.00 USD applies to orders under $80.00 USD.
5. Returns and Refunds
Window: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible.
Damaged Goods: If your acrylic product arrives damaged, please contact support@targetshop1.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence for a full replacement or refund.
Remorse: For non-defective returns (e.g., wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Targetshop1 and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The "Targetshop1" name and brand identity may not be used without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Targetshop1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
